This appears as yellowish or translucent patches of varying sizes that stick to the scalp and hair roots.
Oily dandruff proliferates on oily scalps, feeding on excess sebum that spreads across the scalp.
If left untreated, dandruff can spread across the entire scalp, causing discomfort, suffocation of the scalp, severe itching and, ultimately, hair loss.
